Shipping Process

All of our Invitations and Accessories for Weddings and other events are made in our head office in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you are unable to pick up your order at our office in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, we will ship the order to you. 

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via the chosen delivery method. We do offer shipping nationally and internationally to many cities across Canada, USA, Europe, Asia, Australia all over the world! 

Our standard shipping and handling fee is $50 for orders that are shipped to cities within Canada and USA. For international orders, you will have to contact us for a quote. We can also use your own client account if you would like to handle the shipping charges. 

Depending on where you are located, shipments can take up to 6-10 business days to arrive by our standard ground shipping. 

We use the following courier companies to handle our shipments, so you will be able to track your package once we have it shipped out: 

  • UPS 
  • PUROLATOR 
  • FEDEX 

No matter which country you live in, we will manage to get you our amazing and custom made invitations and accessories.
