Congratulations on your upcoming event and thank you for your interest in our invitations. Ordering with Invitations & Co. is a smooth and hassle free process. We will attend to your needs to get your custom order completed perfectly and on time when you order online or place your order in person. 

1. A deposit of 25% is required to begin the process. The deposit is non-refundable once your electronic proof has been completed. 

2. Please have your wording and any pertinent details ready upon placing your order. Wording samples are available on our website. Your wording can be submitted via email. 

3. Please email the following information with your order:
• QTY of Invitation Sets:
• Names:
• Wedding Day, Date, and Time:
• Wedding Location:
• Wedding Invitation Wording (If different from sample):
• Reply Card Wording:
• Additional inserts (if applicable):
• Return address (if applicable): 

Invitations & Co. is committed to providing you the highest quality in design and a perfect invitation. Upon receiving your order and wording, we will email you your first proof within 4 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Three proofs are included with your order and any proofs after that will be charged at a rate of $10/proof. We will work diligently with you to perfect your invite and will not send your order to print until we receive your final approval. It is your responsibility to review the proof for proper spelling, punctuation, color and spacing. Your final approval informs Invitations and Co. that we have completed the order to your full satisfaction and specifications and that you assume full responsibility for the design and text of the invitation.

4. Upon your approval, the remaining deposit is due before printing begins. Once Invitations and Co. receives your payment your order will be sent to print. After your order has been sent to print, you will not be able to make any additional revisions to the wording or the design with incurring additional fees.
