Invitations & Co. cannot be held responsible due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos). This is why we ask that you are very careful when sending in the final approval. We will print all stationery exactly as shown on the final proofs. 

Invitations & Co. cannot be held responsible or accept a return due to printed stationery that does not match the colors you saw on your screen. All monitors display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print. This is why we always recommend you order a sample of your invitation at an extra cost. 

If you decide to cancel your order during the proofing stage, there will be a designer rate fee applied to your order. If you cancel your order after the proof has been approved and the process of printing has begun, you will lose your deposit and a cancellation fee may be charged. All depends how far we have gotten with your order. This is we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. 

We cannot accept any returns of custom printed stationery. The stationery has been custom printed and produced only for you and cannot be used for anyone else.
